There are a lot of places to buy a sword online. Most of them will sell you a blade that was stamped out by a machine, finished by a robot, and shipped from a warehouse. We're not one of them.
Not "hand-assembled." Not "hand-inspected." Hand-forged. Every katana, every damascus knife, every spearhead you see on our site has been heated, hammered, and shaped by a real bladesmith. That means every piece carries small differences — grain lines, pattern variation, hand-finishing marks. That's not a flaw. That's the proof it's real.
Cheap swords use mystery metal. We don't. Every blade is made from 1095 high-carbon steel, 1060 / 5160 carbon steel, T10 tool steel, or true damascus folded steel. No stainless in our swords. No acid-etched fake damascus. No shortcuts.
A cheap sword has a handle glued or pinned to a thin rat-tail piece of steel. One hard swing and it snaps. Every Master Forge blade is full-tang — the steel runs the entire length of the handle. That's the difference between a display prop and a real blade.
We don't mass-produce. We can't — handwork doesn't scale that way, and we wouldn't want it to. Every batch of katana, every run of damascus knives, every new spear design is made in limited numbers. When a piece sells out, it's gone. That makes every Master Forge blade a little bit one-of-one.

If a Master Forge blade ever fails due to a defect in craftsmanship, we replace it. Simple as that. We're not afraid to stand behind our work — because we know how it was made.
