We ship eligible Master Forge pieces worldwide at no additional shipping cost.

Making & delivery

Standard making time is normally 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated delivery window of 5–7 business days after dispatch.

International couriers

Orders may be dispatched with DHL, FedEx, UPS or DPD depending on destination, service availability and parcel requirements. Tracking is provided after dispatch.

Dispatch location

Orders are dispatched from Wazirabad, Punjab 50400, Pakistan. Import duties, taxes and local clearance charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

30-day eligible returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery before returning an eligible unused standard item. Custom, personalised, used or customer-damaged items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

One-month workmanship warranty

Verified workmanship defects reported within one month of delivery are assessed for repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy. Misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, inadequate care and normal wear are excluded.
