Agreement and eligibility
By ordering from Master Forge you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are legally permitted to purchase the product and accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
Products and handmade variation
Product photographs and specifications describe the item as accurately as reasonably possible. Natural materials and hand-finishing can produce minor variations in grain, pattern, colour and finish. These variations are not defects when the essential specification remains as described.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. An order is accepted only after the required payment is confirmed. Import duties, local taxes, permits and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Custom orders
Production begins only after the customer approves the final specification, quotation and estimated timing. Changes requested after approval may affect price and completion time. Custom, engraved and personalised items are subject to the return limitations stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Shipping and risk
Estimated times are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customers must provide a complete legal delivery address and comply with destination-country import and ownership rules.
Responsible and lawful use
Master Forge products must be purchased, stored, transported and used responsibly and lawfully. The customer is responsible for understanding age restrictions, carry rules, import restrictions and other laws that apply at the destination.
One-month workmanship warranty
Verified workmanship defects reported within one month of delivery are assessed for repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy. The warranty excludes misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, inadequate care, natural material variation and normal wear.
Returns, defects and liability
Eligible returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Master Forge is not responsible for loss caused by unlawful, unsafe or unintended use of a product.
