Can I request a custom size or finish?
Yes. Master Forge can discuss length, material, finish and functionality before production. Availability depends on the design.
Does my order include a sheath?
Eligible pieces ship with a standard leather sheath when this is stated on the product page. A rigid or decorative scabbard is an optional paid upgrade.
How long does an order take?
Standard making time is normally 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business-day delivery window. Complex custom work is confirmed separately before production begins.
Which couriers do you use for international orders?
Orders may be dispatched with DHL, FedEx, UPS or DPD depending on the destination, service availability and parcel requirements. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
What does the one-month warranty cover?
The one-month workmanship warranty covers verified workmanship defects reported within one month of delivery. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, inadequate care, natural material variation or normal wear. Your statutory rights are not limited.
Can I return an order?
Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days under the published returns policy. Custom, personalized, used or damaged items may not be eligible unless defective.
Will every handmade piece look identical?
Small variations in grain, pattern and hand finishing are natural signs of individually made work. Core specifications remain as described.
How should I care for my piece?
Keep it clean and dry, apply a light protective oil where appropriate, and store it away from moisture. Follow the care guidance supplied with the product.
